We provide software tools and related content on an "as available" basis. Features may change as we improve the product.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practical.

Voxna currently offers the Service as a free beta. No subscription, usage fee, deposit, or other paid order is accepted under these Terms.

Mandatory consumer rights and any other rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, scraping at abusive rates, sending spam, infringing others' rights, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

We may remove content or restrict access that violates this section.

We and our licensors own the Service, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

These Terms do not remove any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of your location. No exclusive governing law or venue is designated for the current free beta.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
